We use our paid quota with a third party to professionally manage a widget for you.

Once you insert the code, we take care of the rest, ensuring seamless operation and ongoing support.

You become our client-we don't cut people off who don't pay, there is grace

Grace Period

  • there is a generous number of reminders

  • when you do get an invoice/request:

    • if it goes unpaid after the due date we don't cut you off which is commonly done

    • however, there is a 0.8% daily + $25 penalty

    • we keep your code safe for up to 7 days

  • if you want to resume your subscription, you need to contact us to sort out the outstanding invoice then things are put back how they were

  • if 7 days elapses on an unpaid invoice the subscription automatically cancels.
