International money transfers

1. To save money on the transfer (tansfers to and from us) we recommend Xe, they have good reviews, are cheaper than the banks who are NZ$20+ per NZ$1000. Transfers can be done easily from home and within minutes. The online help staff are very helpful. They have the best AI chat I've come across. If Xe does not work for you, Paypal is the best option.

• Procedure

  • register with Xe

  • contact us with your name, address, contact phone number (don't give us your login details). We need: (a). documentation to verify your identity - passport, any Government-issued Photo ID, verification of your postal address and so on. Unless we meet in person, take a selfie and hold up a physical publication (not online) from the last two weeks, with the date visible on it, next to your ID. Email the photograph of these two.

  • the transfer process is very easy, it's a step by step system and you're coached all the way through it

  • they will send you a confirmation email containing your reference when you booked your transfer - it will look something like this: C01234567. Each transfer has a different reference.

  • when you have this reference can you please advise us as soon as possible
